A new sentencing date of March 3rd, 2006 at 1 PM has been set down, per:

Prior sentence date was changed due to a "conflict...."

If I were a younger man, I'd like to get sentenced and get it out of the way.
But later in life, every day out of prison means maybe you cheated the man of a few days incarceration.

By the time he gets out he will be too old to shake it . . . . I would vote to just go in and get on with it. This delay was likely due to the attorneys, or more likely a grand jury appointment for Cunningham to rat out his brethren.
