Randy “Duke” Cunningham Comments at San Dieguito Academy

Here are some unfiltered comments that Cunningham made during a recent visit to San Dieguito Academy [a High School in Encinitas, California], to visit a U.S. History class. Several young “Mustang” reporters recorded his comments and interviewed him for an extensive article in the school newspaper. It was published on October 8[, 2004].

Assault Weapons

“I’ve flown an airplane over this city [Encinitas, CA] with a 20mm Gatling gun. I could’ve disintegrated this whole school in half a second. I’ve never committed a crime with a weapon. I support people like myself with the right to bear arms that are legal.”

Women’s right to choose

“Abortion? The only people that support abortion have already been born.”

9/11 Commission/ Iraq

“Women were beheaded and hung in soccer fields. Women couldn’t participate in elections or even school, but the worst thing was that he was passing on technology — he was passing on support to Al-Qaeda. The 9/11 commission even verified this.”

Weapons of Mass Destruction

“We found weapons of mass destruction. We found biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction. And if it was again today I would support the President in going there just because of the worldwide threat that Saddam Hussein [posed].”

Saddam’s regime was growing weaker and was not a threat to anyone
